Description: Exstratics are positively charge with static electricity. Their electrical charge often spreads to the air around them and is said to perk up anyone nearby that might be in a foul mood.
Evolves into: Gloomulus at lvl 18
Evolves into: Fogway at lvl 18 with empty party slot and empty pokeball
So it would seem that I'm back to making pokemon again. If you're wondering why I took all of them down before it's because I'm very self-critical and hated most of the designs I came up with. But anyways heres one of my old favorites. The design could be better, but I probably couldn't care less at the moment.
