Description: Very little is known about Fogway. It is rarely seen because it is only visible in the early morning where is hides in dense fog.
Evolves from: Exstratic at lvl 18 with empty party slot and empty pokeball
Fogway is not part of the original cloud line that I made before. I kind of wanted him to be like the cloud version of shedinja. I know he looks a lot like Gloomulus, but what other color can you make fog?
